RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. In the event you need to return an item, you have ten (10) days from the initial date of purchase to call (443) 520-7160 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return the item to the address provided, for a refund. In order to process a refund, all returns must be PRE-APPROVED and assigned that return RMA Number. Items returned without prior authorization and RMA Number will forfeit refund.

 

2. Products marked “Return to Sender” are not eligible for refunds. 

 

3. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. (Return receipt tracking and insurance are recommended.)

 

4. Returns are accepted only on unworn or unused items. All original tags and labels must be attached.

 

5. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

 

6. Return of sale items are eligible for store credit only. 

 

7. All returns are subject to management approval.
